Tasks

-Partner with technical and business development teams to develop pursuit strategies, capture plans, and client-focused messaging. -Facilitate pursuit and marketing strategy meetings, ensuring strong communication across offices and teams. -Develop and implement annual regional and market sector marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals and growth strategies. -Oversee pipeline tracking, capture planning, and pursuit performance reporting. -Personally manage high-profile, strategic, or complex proposals. -Lead the full proposal lifecycle—from tracking opportunities and leading go/no-go discussions to crafting winning strategies, content, and presentations. -Collaborate with the corporate marketing and communications team and business development leadership to align and elevate regional marketing initiatives and campaigns. -Mentor and manage regional pursuit/marketing staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. -Continuously improve pursuit and marketing processes, tools, and strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency.

What You Bring

-7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, pursuits, or a related field. -Strong understanding of the full marketing and pursuit lifecycle, from capture to closeout. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. -Collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building skills with technical, marketing, and business development teams. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Deltek (with the ability to train others). -Proven success managing complex proposals and pursuit teams under tight deadlines. -Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans by geography or market sector. -Active involvement in the AEC/SMPS community; CPSM a plus. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight.
