Tasks

-Oversee financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring across active investments -Collaborate with internal teams across development, construction, legal, and operations to ensure seamless financing and project execution -Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity, debt, and other financing arrangements for renewable assets -Negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate due diligence with lenders, investors, legal counsel, and advisors -Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other external partners

Vallum Associates are partnered with a leading solar developer is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions supporting the company’s commercial solar/BESS projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred) -Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities -Proven success managing complex transactions from origination to close -8–12+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or project finance, ideally within infrastructure or renewable energy -Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
