Overview
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, manage communications, and support project administration.

Tasks
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, promote strong collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies. -Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. -Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects, including venue arrangements, virtual platforms, and required equipment. -Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes. -Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -University Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field + 4 (four) years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships. -A master’s degree is preferred but not required. -Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities. -Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position. -This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
