Tasks

-Contributes to Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network -Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams -Manage and oversee a process for handling unplanned work, ensuring that emerging needs are addressed efficiently and effectively without disrupting ongoing initiatives. -Provide governance and standardization for the Project Management Office (PMO), offering direct guidance to a cross-functional group of project managers and agile leaders to alignstandards and best practices across the organization. -Monitor and track team progress and performance metrics, providing timely feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. This includes implementing and using standard processes and dashboards (such as JIRA) to build a common view of work across TSO. -Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset -Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives -Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives -Leads portfolio/ program ceremonies ensuring alignment across TSO, IT and business stakeholders -Manage vendors, or third-party partners related to product delivery, as needed. -Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the teams, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new tools and techniques. -Manage budgets, including forecasting, tracking spending, and understanding the levers to ensure projects stay aligned to financial metrics. -Contributes in Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network -Lead and successfully deliver products primarily focused on infrastructure and end-user related technology solutions. -Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating TSO services across major projects, ensuring seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with other leaders, scrum masters, project managers, and stakeholders to drive organizational agility and promote best practices across teams and departments. -Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget -Manages risk and dependencies, communicates, and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks -Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization -Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks

-Experience: 6+ years -Plays an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude -Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making in a collaborative and consensus-driven manner -Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation -Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and -Understand and support TSO operating model including product delivery, business strategy, stakeholders, goals, and services. -Project Management certifications(PMP)/ Agile certifications such as Certified -ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) -Extensive experience working in technology/ software development, with a focus on project management, Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean -Supervisor/Management/Leadership Experience: 2+ years -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders -Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience -High School Grad / GED
