Part-time admin professional managing Wichita office, supporting staff and projects.

Tasks
-Support project teams with deliverables in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat including but not limited to formatting internal and external memos, letters, correspondence, and reports. -Assist with timecard monitoring and completion when necessary. -Support HR as local Point of Contact and the onboarding/offboarding processes. -Review and submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable. -Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.) -Assist with office website content. -Manage the fleet vehicles for Wichita, including billing and tracking. -Support IT as local Point of Contact. -Print, bind, and laminate reports and other documents, as necessary, as well as monitor proper operation of equipment such as preventative maintenance requirements and calling for repairs. -Perform clerical and administrative functions such as filing, sorting mail, package handling, scheduling meetings, event planning, travel booking, answer phones and greet guests, assists colleagues in ordering business cards and promotional materials. -Support Records Management as local coordinator. -Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory. -Keep kitchen clean with supplies stocked and organized.

What You Bring
-Hold strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on multiple tasks and changing priorities -Keen attention to detail in all tasks -A willingness to work additional hours and overtime occasionally to meet deadlines. -Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a professional office environment preferred, but not mandatory. -Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft and Adobe products that include Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Acrobat (additional Microsoft and Adobe software preferred but not mandatory). -Demonstrated experience in a similar role -Have confidence in dealing with a wide range of internal and external clients -Ability to provide follow up in a timely manner and prioritize multiple tasks. -2 to 4-year college degree, or pursuing a degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience -Possess excellent client service skills -Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels. -Have a high degree of professionalism and communication skills, including technical writing -Proficient using computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet navigation, e-mail, and calendars.
