Tasks

-Service - Scheduled preventive maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response. -Partnership - Build strong, lasting partnerships with our customers and anticipate their needs. -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects, following lean construction practices. -Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring. -Special Projects - Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings to create new efficiencies. -Quality Execution - Perform project management duties, including effective cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery. -Results - Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects.

What You Bring

-Exceptional at building relationships with internal and external customers. -A go-getter and problem-solver. -3+ years of prior sales experience. -A proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities. -Detail-oriented when managing in-progress projects (forecasting and billing, cost and risk management, quality assurance, etc.). -Skilled at preparing and presenting effective sales proposals. -A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).
