Overview

Run lithography demos, execute wafer experiments, analyze data, and coordinate metrology.

Tasks

-Maintain technical documentation. -Plan and execute lab experiments. -Operate semiconductor lithography and metrology equipment in a cleanroom environment. -Manage stock of process materials. -Analyze data and generate reports and presentations. -Develop and inspect patterned wafers. -Coordinate metrology with internal and external partners. -Travel domestically and internationally to customer and partner sites (25–35%).

What You Bring

-Comfort working with new equipment and evolving procedures. -Ability to troubleshoot lab hardware and install new equipment. -Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. -Experience optimizing wafer fabrication processes and applying statistical methods (DOE, SPC). -Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in semiconductor process engineering. -Hands-on experience operating semiconductor process equipment, especially lithography tools. -Graduate degree in a semiconductor-related field. -Strong understanding of lithography processes, metrology, and materials. -Cleanroom experience including wet chemical handling and wafer processing.
