The Role
Overview
Develop customer relationships, drive service sales, and manage contracts for KONE in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling). -Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field. -Proactively generates opportunities from outside current customer base, -Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility. -Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM -Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team. -Handles RFQs -Is accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area. -Is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority -Is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets -Is accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needs -Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome -Drives execution of her/his individual sales plan. -Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data. -Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits (sales funnel management) -Supports the finance function in money collection.

What You Bring
-Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience having a solution-selling approach. -Fluency in English is a must & Arabic communication is an added advantage. -CRM experience is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering. -Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
