Lead design & development of high-precision mechanical systems for 3D printing.
-Lead the design and development of complex, high-precision equipment including motion control systems, material handling components, and structural assemblies. -Review and approve mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. -Support the engineering team by alleviating workload from key bottlenecks in the design and approval process. -Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles in design processes. -Conduct structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate design integrity.
-Proficiency in Solidworks. -Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) for structural analysis. -Experience with NX. -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. -More than 5 years of experience in checking and approving designs. -Over 5 years of experience in product development roles focusing on mechanism design, including moving parts, reactions, electromechanical components, and motor specifications. -Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). -Experience with computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
