Tasks

-Document network configurations, policies, and procedures. -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. -Implement and optimize SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance. -Design, deploy, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, Wireless (Aruba), and Voice Communication systems. -Configure and maintain Aruba switches, access points, and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW). -Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. -Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Zscaler, WAF, Avaya, and CCTV solutions (preferred). -Monitor network security, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Communication Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network security, wireless LAN, voice communications, and next-generation firewalls. You will play a key role in ensuring network reliability, security, and performance while leading infrastructure projects. -Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. -Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, and network security best practices. -Background in implementing infrastructure projects. -Experience with Zscaler, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Avaya, CCTV systems. -At least one professional network or security certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACSP, NSE4, etc.). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. -At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Aruba switches and Aruba access points. -Minimum of 4 years in network, security, Wireless LAN, or voice communication. -At least 1 year of experience with Next Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN technologies
