-Proven hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 10-15 years of experience in software development -Expert level understanding of multiple programming languages such as but not limited to SQL, PHP, C#.Net, Python, and JavaScript, with a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions -Prior experience as a mentor or team lead, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment -Strong understanding of APIs (SOAP, RESTful, Graph) and experience in API development -Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges -Ability to lead technical discussions and guide the team towards effective solutions and work distribution -Familiarity with Agile methodologies as well as traditional project management practices -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field -Ability to understand business problems, translate them to technical solutions, and meet deadlines
