Overview

Serve food, maintain dining areas, handle cash and ensure hygiene at John Radcliffe Hospital.

Tasks

-Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment. -Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service. -Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards. -Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records and procedures. -Prepare and maintain dining and service areas, including furniture, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.

What You Bring

-Previous catering experience in a similar environment (desirable). -Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident with strong organisational and time management skills. -Passion for customer service and ability to work independently and in a team. -Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills. -Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates (training provided if not held).
