Tasks
-Leads teams to deliver on safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction -Maintaining and developing stakeholder relationship -Drives new projects, promotes teamwork and works-life balance, and ensures operational excellence -Responsible for daily operations oversight, global collaboration, and people leadership -Extending support to projects related to Global Predictive Monitoring Team -Extending support to leaders and management -Coordination with Global Engineering and Service teams -Optimizing system efficiency and drive LEAN projects for operations -Conducts quality audits and implements enhancement strategies

What You Bring
-Prior customer relations experience in a commercial setting preferred -Wind Turbine Alarm handling and process. Tool feature and efficiency improvement capability -Customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities -Open minded, transparent with Growth mindset, promotes diversity, inclusivity and integrity in workplace -Strong data interpretation and diagnostic tool expertise -Remote issue identification and resolution for turbine operations -Basic knowledge about Onshore/ multi brand/Offshore monitoring and enhancing quality of service -Flexible travel availability and openness to global roles -B.E in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent education. -Worked in Standardization and Process Optimization Initiatives -Should possess strong Condition Monitoring Knowledge, troubleshooting experience, Solution providing capability for complex problems -CAT -II certification is mandatory -Strong attention to details and solid problem-solving skills -Should have focus in team performance and strive team to achieve goals, shift planning and understanding team requirements and challenges -Strategic project execution, preferably with wind turbine experience -Ability to understand technical language and to recognize and differentiate technical issues -Should possess excellent analytical, quantitative and verbal communication skills -Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, and PPT, SAP data retrieving and information extraction, strategy development with deployment and corrective actions. Hands on in PowerBI and SQL will be an added advantage. -Advanced analytics for process and quality improvement -Should demonstrate Team leadership qualities, Condition monitoring experience, Handling complicate deliverables with the defined framework -Continuous improvement mindset and protocol adherence -Exceptional communication and team management skills -Willingness to work in VUCA environment -Minimum 8 years in wind industry experience, with people leadership (2-3years) -Demonstrated use and understanding of intermediate IT tools
