Tasks

-Communicating with Employees and Clients in person and via professional written documents. -Financial Management, to assure efficient and profitable use of resources. -Planning & Scheduling Field and Support Operations to meet contractual specifications and exceed client expectations. -Sales Management, to produce enhancements on existing properties and attract new ones. -Creating a work environment where Safety is recognized as “The Tool for Life”. -Fostering Client Engagement.

What You Bring

-Equipped with optimal and most professional equipment -Five to seven years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm. Must have prior experience leading other managers. -Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience a plus. -Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a related major strongly preferred. An Associate’s Degree will be considered, along with relevant experience. -Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.
