Tasks

-Prepare and manage RFIs, bids, and project documentation. -Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all projects. -Solicit bids, analyze proposals, and secure adequate trade coverage. -Conduct site visits to assess constructability, progress, and cost efficiencies. -Maintain organized bid tracking and stay proficient in software such as Bluebeam, Trimble, and Microsoft 365. -Review plans and specs, identify risks, and clarify scope as needed. -Participate in bid-day coordination, buyout, and repricing efforts. -Estimate masonry scopes, labor, materials, and budgets with accuracy and attention to detail. -Manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure project success. -Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, and trade partners.

Our client, a leading self-perform and general contracting firm, seeks a skilled Project Manager / Estimator to oversee masonry projects from bid to completion. This role combines technical estimating expertise with strong project management and client relations skills to ensure successful, profitable outcomes. -Proficient in construction estimating and project management software. -Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical site activities as required. -Knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods. -5+ years of masonry estimating experience; field experience strongly preferred. -Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
