Tasks

We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. -Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. -Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations. -Attend site visits, project meetings, and client briefings. -Help manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. -Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. -Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. -Monitor project progress and report on project performance to ensure alignment with client expectations. -Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. -PMP certification or other relevant project management qualifications. -Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. -Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies. -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. -3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMC environment. -Experience in large-scale construction projects.
