Lead design and delivery of drainage projects, mentor staff, ensure compliance with standards.

Tasks
-Preparation of designs in accordance with standards and protocols -Mentoring and guiding junior staff -Contribute to fee estimates, staff utilisation forecasts and defining project scopes -Lead and attend design review meetings and progress meetings with Clients

What You Bring
-Adept in the use of AutoCAD and aptitude to develop in Civil3D -Good written and verbal communication skills -A minimum of six years’ experience within a consultancy environment -Degree qualified in Civil Engineering /Water Resources Engineering or equivalent analytical science subject -It is mandatory to have experience of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow/Infodrainage. -Proficient in use of standard MS Office software and MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow -Added proficiency in usage of Infodrainage and/or Bentley Openroads, SewerGEMS is welcomed. -Experience of working with UK standards -Proven track record of dealing with Clients and forging effective relationships in a professional and customer focused manor. -Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
