Design and analysis of steel/aluminum structures and substation foundations using Risa 3D, Staad.Pro.

Tasks

-Reviewing vendor drawings, codes and developing Design Basis Manual as required on the project -Coordinating with design teams, regularly meeting and corresponding with clients -Performing rigid bus analysis for various substation projects and working out the most feasible solution and providing inputs to physical team. -Performing analysis and design of steel, aluminum structures in Risa 3D, Staad.Pro & other analysis tools as required on the project. Design of concrete foundations for structures, equipment’s like breaker, transformer etc. -Preparing/creating deliverables like Design Calculation Reports, providing most feasible and economical solution on both greenfield and brownfield projects

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program -Good Communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work -Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only -Prior internship at substation/transmission projects will be an advantage -Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India -Willing to travel to the United States as required and requested to support assignments on projects and overall office needs. -Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; -Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, Analysis software/tools
