  • Lead problem management and root cause analysis (RCA), implementing corrective and preventive measures for high-severity incidents.
  • Act as a 2nd/3rd-level technical escalation point for site operations and critical infrastructure matters.
  • Ensuring full compliance with applicable Acts, Regulations and legislation in relation to Singapore DC building operations.
  • Support business continuity and recovery planning with engineering expertise and risk mitigation measures.
  • Develop, review, and enforce engineering standards, including procedures, MOPs, drawings, test scripts, and vendor recommendations, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments for critical infrastructure, identify single points of failure, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide advanced engineering support for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across electrical, mechanical, BMS, and other critical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional DCO towers, including Site Operations, Solutioning & Provisioning, Service Assurance, and Technical Service Management, to ensure seamless operations and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with Group DC Operations to develop, verify and review technical policies, processes, procedure and work instructions, including maintenance frameworks and best practices.
  • Responsible and accountable for the procurement of technical services and works, contract management and administration of existing service agreements & renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Technology & Project Delivery team to improve maintainability and built quality.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management, recommending upgrades, refreshes, and obsolescence strategies while supporting predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.
  • Serve as the program manager responsible and accountable for overseeing the entire process; from planning to certification of all technical accreditation programs, including Green Mark, ISO, etc.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in managing critical facilities development or operations, as well as project management in 24x7 Data Centre environment.
  • Familiar with international standards such as ASHRAE, Uptime, ISO, NFPA, SS 564, SS 638.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CEng, PE, PMP, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer/Specialist) are preferred.
  • Must possess certifications such as SCEM, GMM, GMFM, GMP, GMFP or other related certifications.
  • Proven track record in leading certification programs, including ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime, BCA-IDA Green Mark, SS564, LEED, ISO, etc
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
