The Role
Overview
Admin/Office Manager handling IT equipment, purchasing, filing and office support at a data centre
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Raising IT tickets with IT on server access, project email group. -Processing GRN's. -Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes and send to accounts. -Acting as the main point of contact for incoming IT equipment required on site. -Effectively following company's standard operating procedures in submissions of documents, keeping document issue deadlines. -Raising site orders of PPE/making sure they are cross checked when they arrive and putting them away. -Proactively manage meeting room allocation. -Scanning & Filing of QSO's Packs and similar. -Print off and maintenance of all hard copy files on the project. -Booking in deliveries. -Daily Clock in Report. -Ordering Drawings, filing them and putting away onto drawing sticks. -When office supplies are delivered making sure they are checked and put away accordingly. -Priorities and allocate time according to priority.

What You Bring
-Ability to take ownership of role and work on own initiative. -Excellent time management and organization skills. -Very good IT skills - particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. -Strong attention to detail. -Ability to work as part of a team. -Be familiar with purchasing systems for raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices and goods receipting.
