Tasks

-Comply with all KCI policies and procedures -Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentations -Align solutions to the customer’s goals, needs and objectives -Deliver right-sized technology solutions/services within the allocated budget -Provide technical support -Interpret specifications and build solutions to those specifications -Provide consultation and training to customers and team members -Develop technical documentation -Support development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) -Regularly interact and build relationships with team members, managers, customers, and business partners -Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify compelling solutions -Interact with customers to execute the technical aspects of the strategy -Stay current on latest technologies and methods -Develop hardware/software solutions in a logical, creative, and structured manner that will help customers solve problems

What You Bring

-Practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud-hosted LLM platforms -Familiarity with software development and systems engineering -Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required. -Understanding of prompt engineering, context window management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques -Experience with cloud technologies -Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets -Work efficiently in a team setting on projects to successful completion -Minimum three years of experience as a Solutions Analyst or similar role -Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oral -Experience in utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets -Knowledge designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama for enterprise or research applications.Practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud-hosted LLM platforms -Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise; skilled in using Esri technologies for map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration; proficient in building web apps and pages with ArcGIS Experience Builder; and familiar with Microsoft Power Automate for process automation. -Exercise judgement in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices -Knowledgeable of APIs, distributed backend systems, dimensional data modeling, SQL queries and schema design -Pre-employment drug screening and background check is a condition of employment. motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
