Tasks

-Mentor and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors -Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project from inception to completion -Lead contract administration, claims, and variations -Work on a flagship entertainment development in Abu Dhabi -Manage cost control, forecasting, and cash flow -Work closely with project leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved

What You Bring

-Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC preferred) -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in the UAE/UK
