This role is critical for supporting project success by providing accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates for municipal and private utility projects. -Strong analytical and numerical skills -Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office -Proven experience estimating heavy civil or wet utilities construction projects -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
