Tasks
-Provides requested documentation and clear explanations for both internal and external audit processes -Leads projects as team or Project Lead with moderate resource requirements and complexity -Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports, and analyses for internal/external customers -Promotes effective cross-functional communication and collaboration within the team and across departments -Processes and analyzes significant amounts of data while identifying opportunities for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and automation -Provides requested documentation and clear explanations for audit processes -Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports and analyses for internal/external customers with guidance only in complex situations -Participates in small projects with minimal mentorship and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience -Provides and reviews requested documentation and clear explanations for both internal and external audit processes -Processes and analyses significant amounts of data, including issues and transactions -Performs assigned month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting and variance analysis

What You Bring
-Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis -Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major with a strong accounting focus and minimum four (4) years experience in accounting in the energy industry -Ability to understand and work with sophisticated processes and accounting systems -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills -Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related major with a strong accounting focus and minimum six (6) years experience in accounting in the energy industry -Preferred: CPA -Preferred: Familiarity with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) -Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills -Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority -Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major with a strong accounting focus and minimum two (2) years experience in accounting in the energy industry -Preferred: accounting and data analytics/automation and/or CPA -Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
