Create design documents, 3D renderings, and BIM models for architectural projects.

Tasks

-Assist in the design documentation process working directly with Project Architects and other designers. -Support the development of design documentation of building(s), participating in the process from the idea phase to construction completion. -Assist with maintaining and updating drafting and design standards and templates. -Produce models and 3D renderings for client presentation using Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape or Adobe Photoshop. -Create and Manage construction documents in BIM/Revit and/or AutoCAD. -Coordinate with other design disciplines to create a complete set of construction documents.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including ADA and Title 24 a plus -Effective written, graphic, and oral communication skills -Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc. -Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of a project manager -Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating with architectural and structural engineering team, clients, consultants, and contractors -At least 1 year of relevant architectural experience -Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
