Overview

Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep assigned areas tidy and safe.

Tasks

-Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms -Fill in during staff shortage -Support shift lead in completing punch-list items -Use proper personal protective equipment -Build respectful relationships with all teammates and guests -Perform work assignments in a team with other employees -Maintain clean work area -Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally -Take direction and respond to supervision -Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area -Perform repetitive tasks -Sweeping and mopping floors -Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules -Coordinate activities with other internal departments -Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures -Participate in team meetings -Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

What You Bring

-No previous cleaning experience is required -Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. -Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. -Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33-50% -Present a professional appearance and conduct -Understand reporting systems and the environment -Willingness to take directions from the Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager -Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods -Must be able to stand for extended periods of time -Frequently lift 0-10 pounds -Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills -Understand customer service and satisfaction
