-Ability to work away from home -Availability to work overtime, weekends/nights when required -Previous truck driving experience -Possess a strong commitment to safety -Hold a current HR or HC Licence -Previous experience in the spray seal industry is advantageous -Have previous experience in the industry/experience as a Spreader Truck Operator -Have relevant industry cards, e.g., Construction Induction Card -Have a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team -Are available for weekends, or to live and travel away from home as required
