Automation Engineer

Overview

Design and deploy substation automation systems using MicroSCADA and IEC 61850.

Tasks

-Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities on-site and remotely. -Engage with customers to refine designs and enhance system functionality. -Design and configure substation automation systems using MicroSCADA. -Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. -Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for maximum reliability. -Develop communication architectures with IEC 61850, Modbus, and DNP3. -Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. -Create HMI screens and RTU logic for real-time monitoring and control. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
