Tasks

-Support team-building efforts with Aecon project teams to ensure program alignment. -Facilitate the execution of Aecon’s APEX safety strategy across multiple projects. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Ensure consistent and accurate implementation of Aecon’s safety policies and procedures across all project sites. -Collaborate with EHS to ensure accurate data collection and reporting of project findings. -Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing program timelines. -Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables with a focus on strategic outcomes. -Work with the APEX Lead to delegate tasks and monitor progress toward program milestones. -Mentor and coach EHS and Operations personnel on field implementation of core EHS programs. -Serve as a resource to project teams throughout all phases of the safety program rollout. -Provide strategic support to project teams throughout all phases of the APEX program lifecycle. -Communicate and facilitate understanding of EHS expectations and requirements. -Assist feedback collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and drive enhancements. -Participate in program meetings to maintain open communication between all stakeholders. -Conduct comprehensive gap assessments to ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. -Chair site-level program meetings and maintain transparent communication. -Gather and analyze feedback from project teams to assess program effectiveness and satisfaction. -Foster cross-functional collaboration and team alignment to reinforce program objectives and outcomes.
