-Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes -Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues -Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices -Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders -Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes -Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of development -Evaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives -Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations -Maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation

-Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections -Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities -Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification) -Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit -Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications -In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia -Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail -Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or related field
