Tasks
-Creating and overseeing a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy for the company. -Use the account and portfolio of sites to promote and further develop ISS -Walking/inspecting the site 50% of the time -Identifying innovation trends and business opportunities within the market. -Presenting new ideas and approaches to high-level stakeholders. -Participate in project groups and meetings as required -Meeting with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth. -Reporting on and adapting innovative interventions within the company, as required. -Developing, strategizing, and planning new interventions that will drive innovation. -Leading a team to enhance the innovative potential of the business. -They partner and co-create with industry disruptors -Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the company. -Advising management on yearly, medium-term, long-term, and future innovation goals. -Collaborate with colleagues across the company so that information is disseminated effectively

What You Bring
-8-12 years' experience in IT, technology, business, marketing, or finance-related fields. -Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. -They know how to Influence at senior level -Adaptive thinking and a strong, critical mindset. -Highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight. -Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods -An understanding of concepts such as RPA, blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cognitive computing. -Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time -A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business. -3-5 years' experience in a management position. -A bachelor’s degree in strategy, leadership, business, or management. -Forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situations. -Strong business acumen and presentation skills. -Communicate and work effectively across all service line teams of the account (ISS, other service providers and customer functions across all sites) -Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
