Tasks

-Coach junior team members -Collaborate across teams to deliver client assignments and generate new instructions -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of case law and complete CPD requirements -Gather and respond to client feedback -Provide technical input and solutions on leases and transactions -Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards -Identify cross-selling opportunities -Use systems to support cash flow and profitability -Manage budgets and billing for client accounts -Manage client relationships and act as main contact on projects -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full service delivery -Support business development through pitches, presentations, and identifying new opportunities

What You Bring

-Business development and client relationship management experience -Knowledge of real estate legislation and case law -General practice background for either a corporate or private practice, preference for experience in role that included experience in at least one of leasing, statutory “1954 Act” lease renewals or rent reviews -High-quality report writing and IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Strong technical knowledge in rent reviews and lease renewals -Degree-level qualification; MRICS preferred -Commercial awareness and financial understanding -Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
