Overseeing key operational metrics – budgets, team utilisation, and working capital management Building strong relationships across the M&A landscape – intermediaries, legal, PE, industry, and internal teams Driving business development – identifying opportunities, winning work, and supporting revenue growth Partnering with clients to develop tax strategies aligned with their commercial goals Project managing service delivery with a strong focus on quality and efficiency Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture Leading end-to-end transaction tax engagements – strategic advice, due diligence, structuring, and planning

What You Bring
Significant experience in transaction tax, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong commercial acumen and experience winning new business You’ll be an experienced transaction tax professional with a strong track record in both technical delivery and business development. You’ll be commercially minded, relationship-driven, and excited about the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing team. ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualifications
