Tasks

-Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity -Should be able to train and mentor new team member to enhance competency and capability in the team -Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions -Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations. -Repair scope preparation -Provide insights for advanced inspection technologies in civil/structural inspections. -Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale -Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques -Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs -Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets -Management of engineering design -Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned -Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures -Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency -Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams

What You Bring

-Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP -Dynamic analysis of foundations and structures -Familiarity with codes and standards -Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global -OPITO Certificate -Excellent communication skills -3 to 15 years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects) -Able to identify the anomaly from civil / structural inspection report (for offshore topside/underwater and onshore structure), perform risk assessment and provide repair recommendation using sound engineering judgement and best practices. -Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas -Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering -Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams -Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) -Strong technical & analytical skills -Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards. -Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) -Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-Submersible -Should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results -Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions. -Excellent verbal & written communication -Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy -Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential
