Lead reporting and data analytics for infrastructure projects using Power BI

Tasks

-Managing high-performing staff / teams including carrying out performance management, undertaking resource planning and embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best-practice. -Develop and undertake detailed financial and resource planning across the projects -Deploying resources (organisation / people). -Presenting complex technical information to senior management. -Establish the performance and reporting functional area at a Site level across the portfolio of schemes, providing strategic direction and overseeing the management of the team -Responsibility for coordinating all relevant reporting to the PMO -Develop reports utilising BI tools -Delivering continuous improvement programs. -Act as the point of contact between the site and office teams and stakeholders -Embed continuous improvement and best practice throughout the delivery of schemes -Overseeing the coordination and management of the process and performance reports, facilitating reporting reviews. -Management of the Performance and Reporting activities

What You Bring

-Microsoft tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) -Earned value, schedule analysis, and financial performance analysis. -Business Intelligence (BI) tools e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI -Required to have experience across performance and reporting activities through the full project lifecycle through to completion on high value road and/or infrastructure projects or projects of a similar scale and complexity. -Experience working in a comparable consultancy environment, or with a client or contractor organisation is highly desirable. -Management information analysis, presentation and requirements. -Industry recognised publishing tools -Relevant reporting with substantial experience in data visualisation and analysis techniques.
