Tasks

-Operational Leadership: Ensure the effective delivery of services through daily management of site staff, meeting all commercial and financial targets. -Financial Oversight: Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, focusing on financial health and profitability. -Client Relationship Management: Manage and develop assigned key accounts to strengthen client relationships and meet contractual obligations. -Client Meetings: Lead regular client meetings to maintain open communication, address issues, and align on project goals. -Performance Monitoring: Track and report on operational and financial performance, providing updates to the Business Unit Lead and Senior Leadership.

What You Bring

-Financial acumen with a history of meeting budget and revenue targets. -Strong customer focus with proven relationship management skills. -Knowledge of health and safety regulations and operational best practices. -Experience in account management within a service-oriented industry. Water treatment industry experience would be desirable. -Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
