Tasks

-Support bid preparation and estimating activities for new opportunities. -Communicate effectively with clients, field supervision, and leadership teams. -Drive accountability and teamwork across all project stakeholders. -Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. -Conduct site visits to monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain progress. -Lead and manage the execution of small to medium electrical utility projects. -Ensure compliance with all company and client safety and quality standards. -Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. -Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -3–5 years of project management experience within the electrical utility, transmission, or distribution sector. -Strong leadership and client relationship management skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. -Solid understanding of project scheduling, cost management, and field operations.
