The Role

Overview

Lead regional construction projects, manage fit‑out teams, ensure openings & P&L.

Tasks

-Implement global initiatives and new brands and formats into the region -Meet the opening target for the region in terms of number of centres for NCOs and run the governance process to ensure they are on track and reported according to processes -Responsible for the P&L of the fit-out services team in region and improving our P&L performance -Responsible for all types of construction projects (New Centre Openings, ClientBuildWorks, Expansions, Facility maintenance etc) in the market -Manage Country Manager and other local stakeholders to ensure that centres are opening correctly -Ensure the supply chain in region is fit for purpose working closely with the procurement team to fill gaps and improve the proposition -Ensure that the IWG Fit-Out delivery team are following our global processes to open all centres -Ensure we are managing the panel of General Contractors in the market and that we have sufficient capacity to open the pipeline of centres -Manage the team of Centre Delivery Managers in the market including onboarding, training and performance management

What You Bring

-Excellent communicator, both written and verbal -Ability to work cross-functionally across the organisation -Experience in leading teams -Fluent knowledge of the English language -Experience of working with General Contractors with a strong network that we can leverage -Knowledge of the construction process and opportunities to improve -Proven ability to enhance and improve processes -Experienced Project Director used to managing a large portfolio of projects -Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with senior stakeholders in the business
