What You Bring

-Have commercial awareness and experience in predicting, planning and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets -Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering. You will either be chartered, working towards chartership or be keen to work for a company who will support you through your chartership journey. -Are proficient in BIM environments, particularly using Revit, and have experience with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES). -Demonstrate strong Leadership & Strategic Leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and manage project teams; provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction and support business development, client engagement & innovation in sustainable and digital engineering. -Have a demonstrable background in the field of mechanical building services design with knowledge and interest in sustainable building design in terms of both energy and carbon.
