Tasks

-Assist with on-boarding practices to insure smooth transition into KCC employment. -Assist with pre-employment testing and background checks. -Communicate with the various Department Managers/Supervisors to identify position vacancies or additions in the department. -Coordinate and carry out facility tours describing in detail everything from organizational framework to specific job responsibilities -Perform such other recruiting, hiring and retention tasks as may be required from time to time – quite often on short notice-by Senior Human Resource Personnel. -Educate candidates on the job requirements of each particular position -Otherwise provide assistance in the hiring process. -Advertise job openings on the internet, social media, local publications and other mediums. -Pre-screen Spanish speaking candidates and others in order to determine the most qualified candidates for each position -Accommodate walk-in and call-in employment inquiries with a concentration on Spanish speaking candidates. -Educate candidates on the benefit package of the organization, the ESOP, the value of the ESOP, growth potential and the overall company culture. -Facilitate interviews by Department managers. -Assist with the internal job postings in accordance with the Job Posting Policy. -Track and collect data on retention of new hires for continuous improvement purposes. -Maintain and update position descriptions for all positions within the organization.

What You Bring

-Must be skilled in the use of the internet and social media. -Must be skilled in use of MS Products and must be a very good writer in order to handle the occasional administrative needs of the department. -Must have very good verbal skills. -Must be bilingual—fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication -Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures. -Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook and other products
