Tasks

-Manage version control for all program-related documents and ensure team access to current materials -Prepare comprehensive meeting materials including agendas, handouts, and presentation decks -Coordinate all aspects of business development programs from initiation to completion, including creating and maintaining detailed timelines, action plans, and milestone tracking -Draft and distribute internal communications about business development initiatives, successes, and updates -Develop and maintain communication schedules to ensure regular updates to all stakeholders -Train team members on proper CRM usage and documentation standards -Design and implement filing systems that ensure easy retrieval of critical business development information -Develop and implement standardized processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness -Work with delivery teams to ensure proper hand-off of new business -Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders -Compile and synthesize program data from multiple sources for inclusion in reports and presentations -Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation materials -Plan and coordinate all logistics for business development meetings including scheduling, room reservations, technology setup, and catering -Create custom reports and dashboards to track relationship development progress -Identify and implement process improvements to maximize CRM effectiveness for business development purposes -Ensure that all program deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives -Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive program documentation -Serve as the primary administrator for CRM systems used by the business development team -Create and maintain program dashboards to visualize progress and identify areas requiring attention -Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team -Facilitate workflow between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution -Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all partner interactions, opportunities, and pipeline information -Liaise between the business development team and other departments (marketing, product, operations) -Gather feedback from various departments to improve business development processes -Track business development participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities -Monitor program activities against established schedules and alert management of potential delays or issues

What You Bring

-CRM experience (preferred) -Experience with Microsoft Suite -Associate’s degree -A minimum of five years of experience in business development, proposal writing, or marketing -A background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing -Bachelor’s degree (preferred) -AEC industry knowledge (preferred) -The ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
