Tasks

-Oversee the full M&E delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover -Lead client and stakeholder meetings, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues proactively -Manage multiple project teams, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards -Take full commercial responsibility for M&E packages, including cost control, forecasting, and variation management -Support project managers and engineers, driving performance and continuous improvement across the team -Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across all operations

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Senior M&E Contracts Manager to take full ownership of a large-scale £30 million commercial project in the heart of Newcastle. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise across all building services disciplines. -Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager on large-scale commercial projects (£10m+) -Demonstrable ability to manage complex M&E projects to successful completion -Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills -Strong technical and commercial background in building services

Benefits
