Tasks

-Create and maintain documentation for all data sets. -Conduct data analysis to support decision-making efforts. -Collect, analyze, and maintain reports to track product performance metrics. -Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. -Document business rules and assist your team with implementing data processes. -Educate stakeholders on leveraging data for business needs. -Validate source data and resolve data-related issues. -Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance by division and channel. -Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. -Produce reports and data extracts for assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives. -Design, test, and maintain data collection tools, spreadsheets, and reports. -Query databases to answer questions related to sales, supply chain, and other business activities.

What You Bring

-Python and R (Intermediate). -SAS and statistical analysis tools (Intermediate). -10% travel requirement. -Strong ability to collect, analyze, model, and interpret data systematically. -Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate). -5+ years in a similar data analysis role (preferred). -Certifications in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus. -Power BI, Tableau (Intermediate/Developing). -Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly. -Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in data analysis and visualization. -Experience working across departments and integrating cross-functional knowledge.
