Tasks
-Designs, develops, and publishes complex E-learning and classroom content. -Develops training content utilizing appropriate E-learning authoring tools. -Collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), department team members, and company leaders to design, create, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs. -Creates audio scripts, edits audio/video, and maintains curriculum to ensure it remains current. -Partners with Business Unit leaders to secure support and to identify appropriate training initiatives. -Ensures training materials—including Lesson Plans, ILAs, and related content—are complete, consistent, and aligned with standards by reviewing and supporting instructors in their development and execution. -Tests and validates all aspects of the E-learning development (text, content, interactivity, functionality) prior to release. -Integrates and edits audio voiceover and sound to enrich E-learning experiences. -Resolves technical issues related to E-learning authoring tools or LMS. -Develops engaging web-based E-learning solutions that meet instructional design and appropriate media standards. -Uploads curriculum and creates learning events in the Learning Management System (LMS). -Oversees the design, development, and publishing of complex E-learning and classroom content. -Identifies optimal learning solutions to address employee developmental gaps. -Facilitates virtual and in-person training courses. -Converts electronic and print-based training content into meaningful, interactive, and engaging E-learning material. -Creates graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements to enhance learning and development programs. -Evaluates and updates programs regularly by soliciting timely input and feedback from trainees, SMEs, and business partners.

What You Bring
-Excellent ability to organize, plan, manage, execute, and evaluate projects. -Advanced skills using Articulate Storyline or Captivate required. -Senior Level: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing E-learning and classroom training, including training design, development, and delivery experience in a corporate environment. -NERC System Operator Reliability Coordinator (RC) Certification preferred. -Strong analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, and organizational abilities. -Advanced skills using PowerPoint and working knowledge of other MS Office tools. -Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education. -Utility experience preferred. -Intermediate Level: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing E-learning and classroom training, including training design, development, and delivery experience in a corporate environment. -Knowledge of Cornerstone and various Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred. -Primary work location is Ann Arbor, MI with travel to Novi, MI required. -Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. -Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. ITC does not sponsor employment visas, such as H-1B or TN visas. -Possesses the capability to act as an LMS Administrator, including entering curriculum and administering assessments.
