What You Bring

-Good work ethic -Must be able to read and execute electrical plans, 1-lines, etc. -Valid & Current Electrical License -Have an understanding of PV systems -Ability to work effectively in a team setting and complete tasks as assigned by team leader (foreman) -Minimum 1 years experience working as an electrician, preferably in the solar industry -OSHA certifications are a plus -Able to lift 50+ lbs -Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all tasks -Experience working on rooftops
