Tasks

The Regional Marketing Manager, India is a member of the Global Customer Experience team. The position reports to the Global Director Customer Experience and you will work closely with them to define, execute and measure impact of the marketing strategies and plans for the India and South-East Asia Region. This role will be a part of the India Leadership Team (ILT) responsible for building brand awareness and enabling higher market share in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of products, market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity. -Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract prospective customers. -Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. -Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies. -Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and industry associations. -Work with the offering value streams to fine tune the value proposition of new offerings in your region -Manage digital presence including SEO, social media, website, and email campaigns. -Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. -Provide insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making. -Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points (USPs). -Define and manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking. -Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. -Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. -Work with sales to create segment and channel strategies -Develop product positioning, messaging, and training materials for the sales team. -Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events. -Coordinate the development of marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, case studies, etc.). -Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and engagement. -Launch and promote offerings effectively.

What You Bring

Soft Skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Proficiency in marketing automation systems and concepts -MBA in Marketing preferred. -Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background in HVAC/Mechanical is a plus). -An ability to communicate openly and authentically in all situations. -Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). -Minimum of 12-15 years brand building, systems selling, product marketing experience, including development and execution of integrated multi-discipline marketing communications programs. -Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts within various organizational structures. -Experience with CRM systems and tracking of leads from assigning to converting -Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities. -Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. -A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently. -Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. -Understanding of HVAC systems and applications in the built environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. -Team-oriented leadership skills with a proactive approach. -The capability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations. -Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
