Tasks

-Need to achieve monthly collection targets set by MCA -Coordinate with internal Business lines coordinators resolve invoices discrepancies/disputes. -Follow up with clients via calls, emails, visits on outstanding invoices, sending statements of accounts and reminders and ensure timely payments. -AR review with all internal BLs every Month to resolve the pending issues of clients. -Maintain accurate customer records, payment histories, and follow up notes in ERP - Getpaid.
