Tasks

-Allocating jobs to engineers including Gas Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, and AC/HVAC Engineers -Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met -Liaising with customers and engineers to provide updates on job progress -Responding to emergency call-outs and prioritising urgent repairs -Logging and scheduling reactive maintenance call-outs for domestic and commercial properties -Maintaining accurate records and job documentation in the internal system

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination role within maintenance, repairs, or facilities management preferred -Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment -Excellent organisational and communication skills -Strong IT skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems

Benefits
