Tasks

-Prepare and issue interim and final payments to subcontractors and suppliers. -Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. -Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts. -Administer contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and resolution of any issues. -Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. -Provide support and advice on financial and contractual matters. -Conduct regular cost reviews and provide financial updates to senior management. -Work closely with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders. -Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets. -Manage variations and changes to the project scope. -Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. -Prepare and evaluate tenders, bills of quantities, and contracts. -Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. -Manage and track project expenditures and ensure accurate cost reporting. -Source and procure materials and subcontractors. -Identify and assess potential risks related to cost and contract management. -Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

What You Bring

-Excellent negotiation and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within an in-house contractor or development business. -Strong financial and commercial acumen. -Proficient in using relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, Procore, DocuSign). -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
