Ensure designs comply with DEWA requirements and UAE regulations
Participate in value engineering and design optimisation
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines
Design electrical systems for high-rise residential and commercial towers
Support tendering processes and respond to technical queries
Prepare single-line diagrams, load calculations, and lighting layouts
Review contractor shop drawings and submittals
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
Mentor junior engineers and review their technical work
Liaise with authorities for approvals and NOCs

Proven experience with electrical systems for towers 30+ floors
Experience with HV/LV power distribution, emergency power systems, and lighting design
10+ years of design experience, with significant exposure to high-rise projects
Chartered Engineer status or Professional Engineer registration preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA standards, and local codes
Proficiency in electrical design software (Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
